Houston is home to numerous healthcare facilities and clinics. Houston is also home to The Texas Medical Center, the largest medical center in the United States. There are three Level-One trauma centers in the Greater Houston Area (Memorial Hermann-The Medical Center, Ben Taub General Hospital, and UTMB in Galveston) along with dozens of other acute care hospitals. We also have a list of independent hospitals. We’ve constructed a list of most of these facilities and categorized them to make it easier to locate them.
